We are unable to comment on individual situations out of respect for client confidentiality, and our obligations under the Personal Health Information Privacy Act. This remains in place even when a client is speaking publicly about their health services.

To pay your bill through e-Transfer, please contact our Controller, Deborah Heins, at dheins@vhaottawa.ca
- Cheque: payments by cheque can be mailed directly to Accounts Receivable at the address below. Please enclose the stub of the bottom of your statement.
- Credit card: please contact Accounts Receivable at 613-238-8420 ext. 230 or email nhage@vhaottawa.ca to arrange for payment by credit card.
- Pre-authorized payments: continuing clients should contact our Controller, Deborah Heins, to set up an account. Email dheins@vhaottawa.ca to make arrangements.
