VHA Health & Home Support is a not-for-profit, charitable organization, established locally since 1955.

VHA is a leading regional service provider that offers a range of community-based services to help seniors, people recovering from a hospital stay and people with physical disabilities to achieve their health objectives and live active lives.

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, customized to the needs and preferences of each client. VHA provides:

Home Support and Personal Support Services;
Attendant Services including administration of the Champlain Central Application for the Champlain Attendant Services Network (CASN);
Philips Lifeline Medical Alarm Services.

Our Mission is to provide community health care and social services so that individuals and families can live with independence and dignity.
